* - Entry Fees do not include Greens fees which will be collected separately.
** - Players must play in at least 4 GLT events in 2011 prior to the GLT Championship to be eligible for the event or pay the difference ($50/event). The events with VA and IPT do count toward the minimum.

(V) - Combined event with the Virginia State Tour.  Credit will be given toward the tournament minimum for these events to all players for both the Virginia State Championship and the Great Lakes Tour Championship.  All other statistics will only be awarded to the tour that is hosting the event.
(I) - Combined event with the Indiana Putting Tour.  Credit will be given toward the tournament minimum for these events to all players for both the Indiana Putting Tour Championship and the Great Lakes Tour Championship.  All other statistics will only be awarded to the tour that is hosting the event.
