Lee Messinger defeats David McCollister in the Finals in Killeen, TX
Danny Tatum of DeRidder, LA loves the match play format for 2010 as he has won 11 matches in a row after losing his 1st match of the season in Webster to Dwain Willett. Tatum had to beat 14-year-old Ty Newcomb in a close match 1up. Then Trevor Lewin of Dallas took Danny to the last hole as well as did Tony Newcomb in the semi finals. The match that had almost as many aces as lead changes had DT and his brother in law Mickey DeLucca in a classic head to head match that went to the last hole in the 36 hole final.
