Dave Nutini
fired 6 rounds under 30 including a 13 under par 23 to win the
Indiana Professional Putters Tour East Major at Richmond, Indiana.
Nutini's 23 came in the second round that moved him into the lead.
His final round 24 sealed the win after Indianapolis Pro
Charlie Greenwalt came charging back after a bad start.
Greenwalt shot 100 his last four rounds to finish second, 3 shots
behind Nutini.
Great Lakes Tour regular
Mike McCormack shot a 165 to finish in third place while
Bob Marcellino,
Mark Hasty
and John Ventura
all tied for 4th with a six round total 168.
Jody Comer,
Tom Gross,
Kevin Lacey
and
Danny Holcomb
rounded out the top 10 in the 19 Pro field.

John Watkins
of Indianapolis shot an 80 over the final three rounds of the
Indiana Professional Putters Tour East Major to win the event by one
stroke. Watkins rounds of 27-26-27 were good enough to vault him to
the top of the leader board following the six round event.
James Weber
of Cincinnati and Andy McCoy of Columbus Ohio tied in second place
at 172. Weber winning an 18 hole play-off in sudden death to capture
the second place trophy.
Anthony
Amick was third with a 45 under par 173,
Bill Hammons
was 5th at 175 and
Nate Nichols
finished 6th at 178.
