Brown Wins Virginia State Tour Event in Norfolk, VA

15 April 2000 - Norfolk, VA - Mike Brown posted a wire-to-wire victory on a rainy day in Norfolk, VA  on the Virginia Tour. Opening with a 28, 8-under par, Brown maintained his lead with rounds of 32 and 30 on his way to a total of 90 and a three stroke victory.
