Rick Baird Wins $1,500 Webster Open

Through two rain delays and difficult playing conditions, Rick Baird put together consistent rounds of 27, 27, and 26 for a score of 80, 28-under par, and a 5 stroke victory over Greg Ward.

Baird's strong Sunday play propelled into second place in the 1996 Hall of Fame Classic, one stroke behind winner Danny Dore.
